DIY "LOW-WASTE" HAND SOAP
Give this simple hand soap recipe a try! It's a cost effective alternative to repurchasing wasteful plastic dispensers. The formula is biodegradable/water-safe and is especially good for people with skin sensitivities or those who just want to be able to pronounce the ingredients they're putting onto their bodies!

LIQUID HAND SOAP RECIPE:
Ingredients:
*Makes 1 cup
+ 1/4 cup liquid castile soap
(unscented or with essential oils- we recommend Vermont Soap Company or Dr. Bronner's)
+ 3/4 cup water
+ 1/8 cup carrier oil
(olive, almond, jojoba, etc.)
+ 10-15 drops of your choice of essential oils
Directions:
Measure out ingredients and pour into a soap dispenser of your choice.
We recommend up-cycling a dispenser you already have once it's empty! Next, screw on the pump, shake vigorously for a few seconds and voila, you have the easiest handcrafted soap!
